Irvington Kitchen
Working closely with a local architect, we completely gutted the existing kitchen, half bath and patio of this 1918 Portland home.
We then bumped out the foundation and roof line, adding enough new square footage to incorporate a small office nook into the redesigned space.
The half bath was re-located from the back of the house and new windows were installed throughout, providing both natural light and a great view of the garden.
Custom cabinets, reclaimed white oak flooring, all new finishes and a custom deck were added as well, completing this classic and functional renovation.
