Mockcrest Remodel

On this nine-month-long remodel project, we fully gutted and then re-configured both the attic and basement of this 1940’s North Portland home.

The basement got a full makeover with two guest rooms, new full bath, large family room and hardwood staircase. Window wells throughout the basement add both natural light and safety egress for the new living space.

The attic was turned into a refined, yet practical master suite complete with a new master bath and cozy sitting room. New windows and refinished fir flooring complete this stylish living space.
